Episode 0 - There Has to Be a First Post

My name is Christopher Moravec, and I’m glad you decided to join me on this newsletter ride. I am an expert at trying new things and learning new skills. I'm going to share my thoughts and experiences here. Right now, my focus is on using AI. I think that AI (in this context, when I say AI, I mean large language models and whatever comes next) can change the world, and we can all control that destiny by understanding how it works and exploring how we can use it.

So, that's what I intend to do. From making art in my living room to writing code, I'll share my experiences using AI so that you can learn to use it yourself.

AI isn't magic, and it's not here to steal your job (at least in its current form). It is, however, a potentially life-changing tool that you can use to make your life easier, automate tasks, or at least get a good laugh. I don't plan on philosophizing about artificial general intelligence or debating consciousness; I'm here to share real solutions and projects I've built, from the practical to the peculiar.
